Studio & Appointment Policies

Welcome to Prophecy Tattoos. To ensure the best experience for our clients and artists, we adhere to the following policies:

Booking & Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. This deposit covers the artist's time for design and preparation and will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.
• Deposits range from $50 to $200 depending on the scale and complexity of the piece.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• We require at least 48 hours' notice for rescheduling. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.
• You may reschedule a maximum of two times before a new deposit is required.
• Cancellations or "no-shows" will automatically forfeit the deposit.

Age Requirements

• You must be 18 years of age or older to receive a tattoo at Prophecy Tattoos. No exceptions, even with parental consent.
• A valid, government-issued photo ID (Driver's License, Passport, State ID) is required at the time of your appointment.

Health & Safety

• Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies (especially to ink or latex), or medications prior to the procedure.
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
• A sterile, single-use environment is maintained for every procedure.

We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, email address, phone number, and reference images when you book an appointment or inquire through our application.
